Second Life Clubs with Neko Nights for Music and Dance

If there’s one thing that changes most often in SL, it’s a club, and even more so, which nights these clubs host Neko Nights. Psychotic Neko’s Club Industry is open 24 hours a day and seems to be quite popular with Nekos. It features live DJs seven days a week playing electronic / industrial / synthpop / trance music, as well as Neko Nights with $1000L gift cards for the best male and best female Neko. This club is perfectly decorated for us Nekos, and features a variety of different music types and times (just check the Event board). Be sure to check out the Saturday Trance DJ… starting at 1:00 pm SLT (22:00 Euro time).

Inside a grey stone castle you’ll find a purple and hot pink dance club (with an outdoor garden for more private dancing), packed with danceballs and featuring music ranging from gothic, darkwave electronica and EBM, to heavy metal. Thanks to Angelus for hosting a Neko event at a time that’s convenient for the European contingency… the kittehs from the VirtualNeko SL Group give it two paws up!

Upon arrival, walk downstairs into this abandoned New York subway station, where music ranges from industrial to psytrance and more. At least half the crowd tends to be Nekos, and not just on “Neko Madness Monday Nights” either (which typically include store giveaways and a best Neko contest).

This is a new “Neko, Hybrid, Na’Vi” club intended to serve as a cozy, hippie style hangout for chat and dance by all forms of hybrids, brought to you by a rasta-loving Neko. Official club hosting will begin on March 1, but it’s open now if you wanna come check it out!

Neko Times: Unknown, though the entire club features a Neko design so I’m guessing there are usually Neko in attendance when they host events.

This Nekofied club is large and has everything you need… from poseballs, poles for dancing, and trampolines for bouncing, to lots of couches for snuggling, and a “Devil May Care” game. The music stream playing when I visited was pretty darn wonderful too…. thanks Kulta for telling us about this place! Even when there’s not an event going on, it’s a nice place to dance with someone while listening to good music.

This isn’t a club per se, but rather a quiet, cozy little cafe to hang out with other Nekos when you wanna get away from the club scene. Come here for a chat, enjoy a cup of coffee at the low Asian tables, watch live SL television from the overstuffed furniture, or snuggle up on the couple’s sofa in the loft.
